Chris is an expert quantity surveyor delivering Evolution5’s cost consultancy and CDM services. With over 15 years’ industry experience he has assumed the role of QS, Project Manager and CDM-c. Following the regulation change in 2015, Chris now leads the delivery of our CDM15 services.
Chris is a focused and diligent team player with a keen attention to detail. With excellent interpersonal skills he develops professional working relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
Drawing on his acute commercial awareness, Chris ensures our clients’ requirements and best interests are met and delivers projects to exceptional standards at all times. He effectively and robustly challenges project financials to ensure value for money is achieved not just during construction, but during the full lifecycle of the facilities.
Outside of work Chris enjoys spending time with his young family and travelling. He has a passion for restoring classic motor vehicles and has taken part in a charity motor rally from London to Monaco amongst other charity fundraising activities.
