Evolution5 welcomes newly employed Charlotte Francis to the company

Charlotte Francis is a qualified and knowledgeable Quantity Surveyor with good experience in delivering cost management services to public sector clients. She has particularly established good relationships with many healthcare clients including working on Procure21 and LIFT procured projects.

She is enrolled on the RICS APC to gain Chartered status as a Quantity Surveyor and will seek to acquire this qualification in the next 12 months.

Charlotte’s new role involves developing business opportunities in the healthcare sector, marketing the business and providing cost management services to one of E5’s key clients on a framework of high profile projects.
