Covid-19 Statement and Business Continuity
Evolution5 care deeply about our clients and we appreciate the importance of supporting you through both good and challenging times. The Coronavirus outbreak is impacting how we live, work, and communicate with each other.
Our top priority is to ensure the health and safety of our employees so that we can continue to serve our customers. In order to do this, we have moved to a 100% virtual workforce for our employees. We have taken the following measures:
- We have asked our employees to work from home. All of Evolution5 systems are cloud-based application such as Office 365, Xero, Work Flow Max, JCT On Demand, BCIS etc.
- We have also asked that our employees conduct customer meetings using Skype, Teams or other means of video and audio conferencing rather than traveling to customer offices or construction sites.
- We use internet-based telephone system which have been moved from our office, so all calls can handled and transferred to the appropriate person within our company.
We expect our level of service and response to be maintained at a high standard.
These changes we believe are in the best interest of our employees, customers, associates, and the communities in which we live and work.
When businesses face challenges, business continuity plans are critical.
