Evolution5 are proud to announce the successful handover of 2 projects at St Mary’s Hospital, on the Isle of Wight.
The two projects, which ran concurrently from the end of 2012 included the transforming of the old HSDU department into theatre staff room, changing facilities, clean and dirty equipment stores, offices and reconfiguration of external areas to accommodate theatre equipment delivery, as well as the refurbishing of 2 delivery suites, creation of new en-suite facilities and the forming of a new recovery suite from a redundant anaesthetist theatre.
Craig Abraham, the Project Manager for these projects, said:
” These projects had a fair share of challenges with tight programmes, meeting spend profiles in line with financial year ends and live hospital working environments. These challenges were managed by the Project Team and Building Contractor very professionally to allow for a successful project completion and a very happy Client”.
