Evolution5 has been appointed to provide full construction management services on behalf of Ace Liftaway Ltd for their innovative new wash plant facility in Romsey, Hampshire.
Established in 1988 as a skip hire and waste removal company Ace Liftaway Ltd has developed the world’s most technically advanced waste recycling and processing facility. Located at their site in Yokesford Hill, Romsey, Hampshire, the facility is the first of its kind and will enable the recycling of 90% of all waste brought to the site. The facility will produce recycled aggregates of consistent quality and allow re-use back into construction and civil engineering.
Evolution5 is managing this exciting project which comprises a specialist wash plant facility.
Ace Liftaway appointed Evolution5 as they required a highly competent team to ensure the smooth delivery of this industry-changing project.
Previous contractors had fallen short of achieving the quality standards required by the client on other projects. This led to Evolution5 being appointed to provide full construction management services for the construction phase and being the single point of contact for the client.
Drawing from our extensive experience, we have sourced specialist trade contractors, ensuring the quality of the installed works meets standards and specifications whilst being responsible for meeting project critical timeframes and deadlines.
The project commenced in May 2022 and progressed well through the summer months. The structure is due to complete by the end of 2022, allowing the plant technology to be installed in early 2023.
