Evolution5 was appointed by the main contractor, Mansell Construction to provide contract management services for a new two-storey care clinic. The new facility was built for West Sussex Breast Screening within the Worthing Hospital site.
The project involved demolition of existing building, construction of the clinic and external car parking and landscaping. The Breast Care Clinic achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ through passive design features, high efficiency air source heat pumps providing heating and cooling and 14kWp photovoltaics in the roof structure.
