Evolution5 is appointed as CDM Principal Designer on Jolles House, as part of a large regeneration scheme in the East London area.
The scheme designed by architects Pollard Thomas Edwards provides quality mixed tenure living including a significant number of affordable homes. High quality landscaping and a variety of open space areas to suit difference activities have been carefully and considerately designed into the development.
The new homes fully comply with the London Housing standards and includes generous internal spaces and large private balconies. 70 flats with 209 habitable rooms are provided in two building over six storeys.
The scheme is currently in the construction phase for Poplar Harca, and principal contractor Hill, expect completion in Spring 2021.
