Located within a tranquil wooded landscape and architecturally designed, this considerable sized 4-5 bedroom home includes an array of incredible features, including a large glass flat roof in the centre of the house that oversees the vast hallway. The custom-built pop-up recessed floor cellar is an unusual but stunning and incredibly clever design idea. Pinewood also boasts an exceptionally crafted bespoke Finnish sauna.
Evolution5’s main aim is to ensure the project achieves the client’s requirements for a high-quality building within time constraints and to provide robust cost management. We are providing quantity surveying and contract administration services under a JCT Management Building Contract, which requires review and approval of procurement, tendering and recommendation of Work Contractors.
The project design commenced in early 2021, with construction on site starting in November 2022 and an expected completion date in February 2023.
