Evolution5 was appointed as Cost Consultant to provide an Order of Cost Estimate and subsequent Cost Plans.
The project comprises a general practice medical centre and pharmacy as part of the overall Silverhill redevelopment in Winchester.
The new building is approximately 17,500 sqft and includes external car parking, landscaping and bicycle storage.
At present the scheme is in the pre-construction stage.
