Mark Dyer is the Managing Director of Evolution5. Before joining Evolution5, Mark enjoyed a long and successful career with some of the leading regional construction companies.
Mark has over 35 years of experience working in the construction industry at all levels of the construction process. A positive and enthusiastic leader, Mark’s ‘can do’ attitude resonates throughout the team.
Mark’s love of construction is evident in everything he does. He believes in building collaborative teams across all aspects of projects to deliver successful outcomes for all involved. Mark’s approach seeks to maximise the potential of the people around him, developing strategies that encourage ownership, commitment and accountability at all levels of the team.
Outside of work, Mark is a huge Southampton FC supporter and enjoys most sports, especially cycling and running.
