Pat was Managing Director of Linden Homes Southern from 1994 until Linden Homes was bought out by Galliford Try Plc in 2007. Pat continued to work within Galliford Try overseeing the successful integration of Linden Homes into the Galliford Try structure. In 2011, having reached the milestone age of 60, Pat retired as planned with 17 years’ service at Linden Homes / Galliford Try.
Pat brings a wealth of experience to his role as non-executive director. In addition to his extensive construction and property development experience he has also successfully grown a small business into a multi-million pound organisation. Evolution5 benefit from Pat’s knowledge, experience and scrutiny ensuring the company continues to grow and develop.
Pat is currently treasurer of the South East Branch of the Chartered Institute of Building whilst outside of the construction industry Pat is Trustee Cathedral Innovation Centre is Chairman of the Finance and Property Group at the City Centre Catholic Parish in Southampton.
