Phil Clarke is the Consultancy Director of Evolution5. Before joining Evolution5, Phil enjoyed a long and successful career with a world-renowned construction consultancy where he led operations for Local Government across London and the southeast.
Phil has over 25 years of experience working in the construction industry at all levels of construction consultancy. A positive and enthusiastic leader, Phil’s outcome-focused approach resonates throughout the team and the projects he heads up.
Phil’s passion for construction is evident in everything he does. He believes in the power of collaborative working across all aspects of projects to deliver successful outcomes for all involved. Phil seeks to maximise the potential of the people around him, developing strategies that encourage ownership, commitment and accountability at all levels of the team.
Outside of work, Phil is a lifelong Southampton FC supporter and enjoys most sports, especially golf.
