Zoe is an experienced project manager with extensive experience delivering projects from the client and Principal Contractor perspective.
After a long and successful career in retail operations management roles, Zoe took the plunge and changed direction to become a project manager for a Principal Contractor. She quickly discovered that this experience enabled her to see the challenges of project delivery from dual perspectives. Zoe draws on this unique combination of insight to create a collaborative approach to project management, guiding clients through the process to a successful outcome.
Zoe takes a proactive and robust approach to delivering client projects based on creating solid client/contractor relationships and fostering a “one team” ethos to get the job done.
In her spare time, Zoe can be found enjoying long walks with her dog, listening to her favourite tunes or watching films.
