Tristan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, in 2019, and moved to the UK the following day. Shortly after graduating, he worked as a private landscaper during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Once lockdown restrictions were lifted, Tristan joined one of the UK’s leading cladding remediation consultancy firms as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. During this time, he learned about the impact of the Grenfell tragedy and developed a passion for contributing to the mission of making UK homes safer.
During his time in that role Tristan’s career progressed, seeing him lead multiple projects as a Quantity Surveyor. He is now delighted to continue his professional development here at Evolution5, joining the company’s goal of improving the safety of homes across the UK.
Outside of work, Tristan stays active by training at a boxing gym and enjoys spending quality time with his family. He is currently working towards RICS APC and should be eligible for Chartership assessment by mid-2027.
